We're told it's about "the work"... but we do great work for clients like Sony, HP, AT&T... still can't "get on their radar."
If you can't get on their radar, maybe you should stop wasting your energy trying. If it doesn't work for you, move on. Focus on other proactive efforts that do work.
It's always good to hear from the search consultants. Got to meet 4 of them last year, which translated into 3 reviews last year. Looking forward to meeting some of the new panelists this year.
I know my agency isn't on any search consultants radar…wondering if that is even possible for a small start-up agency?
