have been giving a lot of thought about whether or not we make this hire. it's not gone well in the past. the idea of profiling the right kind of person is interesting. should increase the batting average in hiring the right person, looking forward to it Bob.

I'm curious about this, as I've been putting a lot of thought into how to hire my next NBD. The talent pool is too small and there's no room for error. We've had a lot of problems with this position in the past.

Excellent presentation Bob! It was really refreshing to see an agency actually embrace a highly professional sales prospecting process. This is really similar to how I've coached B2B clients to sell. I especially liked how you used a "category insight" - I totally agree. Research is THE way to open a door with a client. It is also much better than just NETWORKING. Selecting and calling give you much more control over which clients you land.
