I'll do my best not to disappoint Andrew.
I plan to systematically deconstruct their approach and audit all of their new business practices, including the "assets" that they may (or may not) have in place. In terms of assets, I'm referring to all of the resources and strategic tools that set an agency up for effective competitive pitching/RFPs, proactive prospecting and organic growth.
You'll also be able to audit your own agency as we move through the process.

Yes, we did this session with a small shop out of Harrisburg, PA last time. It was a fun session. Although they felt like they were baring there soul for the world to see, everyone in the audience could fully relate to their challenges.
