Alison Fahey

Alison Fahey has been reporting and writing about the advertising, media and agency business for more than 20 years. She began her journalism career at Advertising Age where she covered various Fortune 500 companies. She joined Adweek in 1992 as a reporter and served as news editor from 1993 - 1998 when she was named editor. In 2008, she was promoted to publisher and editorial director gaining responsibility for the overall business while retaining oversight of all editorial operations.

Alison is on the board of directors of TORCH, a non-profit organization dedicated to transforming the lives of underserved New York City public high school students by providing intensive exposure, career training and opportunities in advertising, communications and the arts while increasing diversity in the workforce. She is also on the board of Transitions Global, a non-profit that strives to heal and empower young girls rescued from sex trafficking.
