As CMO, Chad leads the teams that handle internal agency branding, public relations and social media, but his passion and true expertise lie in business development. Â Chad is responsible for ensuring Deutsch LA is at the top of the consideration list for traditional advertising reviews, as well as aggressively pursuing new business prospects.
Over the last five years, Chad has successfully guided the Deutsch LA team to winning the Sony PlayStation, Snapple, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Dr Pepper, Diet Dr Pepper, HTC, Volkswagen and Diamond Foods accounts.
Before coming to Deutsch he spent a decade with The Arnold Agency on both coasts, building successful marketing programs for clients such as McDonaldâ€™s, Hyatt Hotels, Volkswagen and the Washington Redskins. While at Arnold Los Angeles, Chad led all new business efforts for the agency and grew a four-person satellite office into a thirty-person full-service shop in only two years.
He started his career at McCann Erickson, going above and beyond for clients Safeway Supermarkets and McDonaldâ€™s, and volunteering to be involved in every new business pitch.
When Chad isnâ€™t scouring the press for new business opportunities or talking with potential partners, he spends his time remodeling homes and traveling. He currently lives in Los Angeles with his wife and three kids, Alexander, Olivia and Shaye.
