Bedford, a well-respected strategic marketer, spent the first part of her career working in senior management positions for prominent advertising agencies in New York and Atlanta. Looking to entrepreneurship to broaden her impact, she left the agency world to open a consultancy with one agenda: accelerate marketing management effectiveness to achieve aggressive growth goals for Fortune 500 companies.

Based on this premise, The Bedford Group was formed in 1986 and is now a one-of-a-kind consulting firm delivering end-to-end marketing solutions for some of the most challenging issues. These solutions are lead through two customized core practice areas:

♣ Marketing Optimization (organizational redesign, partner rationalization and consolidation, best practices, ROI accountability and benchmarks, resource management)

♣ Agency Relationship Management (agency audit, search and selection, client/agency relationship assessment, compensation review, SOW management, contract negotiation)

Bedford sits on numerous corporate and civic boards as well as serving in an advisory capacity for Auburn University’s College of Liberal Arts from which she holds two degrees. She is also an alumna of New York University’s Executive MBA program.

She hopes the next part of her “career” involves something to do with sailing, but for now her passion for the marketing discipline has her focused on building more client success stories.
