Kate Marber is an independent consultant who is working with the Mirren team at the New Business Conference. She moved to New York from London five years ago. She is British and built her professional career in Commercial and New Business leadership positions within Omnicom, the world’s leading marketing services Group, including a management consultancy specialising in communication and culture change.

She set up her own consulting business in 2002 and now works with a range of clients including companies in the marketing services, media, publishing and entertainment sectors. She supports and collaborates with senior teams on brand strategy, cultural and people centred change, marketing strategy and improving new business and operational performance to build new revenues. She has a strong track record and expertise in the new business development arena and enables clients to achieve growth through improved process and practice. She is is thrilled to recently joine the Mirren team as a senior consultant to partner and lead on site training programs in the new business sector. Kate also works with senior teams on effective leadership strategies using profiling work and coaching techniques to enable leaders to lead effectively, manage their teams and combine business and personal goals within dynamic creative environments
