Lorraine Lockhart is a popular subject expert, speaker, panelist and guest at advertising industry events where she is welcomed for her innovative thinking, collaborative mentoring and gracious personal style.

The insights and counsel she provides her marketing clients and shares with agencies is drawn from the 21 years she has managed The Rojek Consulting Group, a consultancy she founded based on recognizing the importance of organizational culture in team building for client-agency relationships. In partnership with the AAAAs, she has formalized key findings and published on the subject of organizational culture and value systems within the agency industry.

Today she is widely sought consultant as she continues to facilitate agency reviews and searches for client companies seeking to align with the best set of agency resources. She sources agencies across all media disciplines that will effectively build clients brands and help marketers achieve their goals.

Lorraine has also launched at new company, Lockhart Partners LLC, focused on a portfolio of new media ventures that will serve as broader channels of distribution for the intellectual property Lorraine has develop in her career.

In addition to leading the Rojek Consulting practice for the past 21 years, Lorraine’s prior experience includes advertising account management for brand-oriented consumer packaged goods at Chicago agencies, Grant/Jacoby, Needham, Harper & Steers, and Ogilvy & Mather. Following her time in Chicago she joined Interpublic’s Cleveland agency Lowe Marschalk as a Group Vice President, handling a diversity of consumer accounts.

Her client side experience includes responsibility as the Vice President, Director of Corporate Marketing for Ameritrust (now KeyCorp) where she managed the marketing and communication activity for Corporate, Retail, Trust, and Commercial divisions; she was recognized for the innovative application of consumer marketing principles to the operationally-focused banking industry.

Lorraine holds a B.S.J. and an M.S.A. from Northwestern University (The Medill School, Integrated Marketing Communications), having graduated with highest academic distinction. She enjoys her continued involvement with higher education, presently serving on the Business Advisory Board for the Graduate School of Business & Organizational Leadership at Malone University as well as on the Professional Advisory Board for the Kent State School of Journalism and Communication, where she was a former associate professor. She continues her role advising the faculty and administration on a number of issues, preparing undergraduate and graduate students for today’s challenges in the workplace.

She is a big proponent of elevating the conversation to include a discussion of core values and encourages leaders to do the same. She herself values continuously learning, creativity, optimism and unwavering integrity in the face life’s challenges. She enjoys working with organizations with cultures that value transparency, results, innovation and respect for others.
