Partner for over 5 years with The Gap Partnership. Has 14 years of commercial experience in a variety of blue chip businesses. He worked in FMCG Sales and Category Management with all of the major US / UK grocery and personal care retailers before leading a sales team within the electrical sector. He significantly improved the bottom line in each role, whilst improving customer relationships and team performance. In addition Simon has managed multi-million pound household name brands; delivering double-digit growth levels in static markets.
Simon has delivered negotiation solutions: both consulting and development based, to a diverse range of organisations during his time with The Gap Partnership, developing tailored strategies and implementing these with the organisations and their trading partners.
He has a Batchelor of Science degree in Business Economics and is a trained and experienced coach, having worked with leaders at all levels.
