Fred joined Ogilvy in 1995 and was appointed Chief Executive Officer of RedWorks Worldwide in 2008. RedWorks helps clients find efficiencies in the development and delivery of their marketing communications.
Fred has helped launch RedWorks in over 47 offices in 40 countries across North America, Europe, South America, and Asia.
Under Fred’s leadership, RedWorks has launched multiple low-cost ‘offshore’ hubs for the production of on and offline materials and developed numerous global models for clients including Kodak, Unilever, American Express, and IBM.
Fred has extensive experience across a wide range of industries including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer, and financial services.
Prior to his global position, Fred was Managing Director of RedWorks New York, where he spent built a staff of over 120+ creative, account, and production specialists who provide a wide range of creative marketing communications including; collateral, tactical and retail advertising, direct marketing, interactive, brand identity and guidelines, and point-of-purchase.
Before taking over the Managing Director role, Fred was Executive Creative Director and oversaw tremendous growth. He has received numerous awards including John Caples International and an AMA Grand Effie.
Fred currently resides Brooklyn Heights, New York, with his wife Elizabeth and their two daughters Darcy and Maya. Fred holds both U.S. and European citizenship and spends time between New York and Dublin. He is an amateur chef, a mediocre golfer, and an obsessive Manchester United Football Supporter.
