cancellation policy
Ya, we know. You're the new business person. Stuff happens...like pitches.
First, when notified in writing, we do allow substitutions up until 1 week prior to the conference. If that doesn't work for you, you may be eligible for some other options.
- When a written request is made within 3 weeks of your registration date, we will be happy to provide you with a refund (less 15% processing fee).
- Should you have to cancel your registration, and are not eligable for a refund, we are one of the only conferences happy to provide you with a credit. We will provide you with a credit towards a future Mirren Business Development workshop or conference (less 15% processing fee, valid for up to 1 year).
- Note that no refunds are available within 4 weeks of the conference date, and no credits are available after the conference has taken place.
- We do not provide refunds in the rare event that the Conference is postponed due to events beyond our control (such as a freak 26" snow storm or a power outage of the entire Northeastern grid). Should this occur, a new date will be quickly secured for you to attend.
Because we commit expenses for each attendee well in advance of the conference, we must strictly adhere to this policy.
